The Five Star trophy case is growing! We recently received not one, but two brand new additions. Home builders and industry professionals gathered at the J.W. Marriott in downtown Austin earlier this month to recognize the outstanding achievements in Marketing, Advertising, and Product Excellence. Five Star Interiors was thrilled to be awarded the 2016 MAX Award for Best Interior Merchandising in the $600-$750 and $750-$999 categories.

Partners in Building’s contemporary Model Home in Rancho Sienna brought home the MAX Award for the $600-$750 category. This model is packed with unique elements including a floor to ceiling wine display in the formal dining and intricate ceiling details throughout the main living area and master suite. The HBA Judges were not the only ones who were wowed by this impressive model. Buyers loved this product and design showcasing Partner’s in Building’s innovative plans and quality.

The $750-$999 MAX Award went to yet another Partners in Building model home located in the Canyons of Lake Travis community. This model showcases bold finishes and custom cabinetry throughout the nearly 5000sqft design. Soft neutrals and teal accents bring balance to the furnishings creating a sophisticated and welcoming ambiance. Wood casing along the columns in the family room create a unique separation between spaces offering a modern twist on the open concept layout. This stunning model also won a Silver award at the Nationals Sales and Marketing Awards in Las Vegas last February.
